Sessions take place in my Exeter therapy rooms at The Gandy Centre in Gandy Street or The Haven.
There's an opportunity to work with Sand Tray therapy at The Haven.
We can arrange online sessions if you can't get to Exeter or would prefer that option.
We can also explore the option of meeting for 'walk and talk' counselling outdoors in one of Exeter's beautiful natural spaces.
