Nature Connection Walk: Sunday 8 July

My colleague Karen Liebenguth and I are offering seasonally themed country walks in beautiful locations all within an hour’s train ride from London. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Explore and connect with the natural cycle

The connection between us and the natural cycles of life can easily get lost in our ever increasingly busy lives. Our Nature Connection Walks reveal how the unique qualities and characteristics of each season can become a great source of insight, calm and creativity.

Each walk is enhanced by gentle exercises to open our sensory awareness, allowing us to tap into the energy of each season. You will experience the healing power of nature through the positive impact it has on our emotional, psychological and physical well-being.

A day out in the countryside is a great opportunity to reconnect to nature, to take some time out, to feel grounded and to spend enjoyable time with like-minded people.

Here’s what participants said about previous workshop walks:

"The walk was fantastic. Walking in silence away from the noise and distractions of city living yet in the company of a lovely group of people, together with the sensory exercises allowed me to (re-)connect to the natural surroundings and made me see winter in a new light. After the walk, I felt calm and re-energised. I would highly recommend it!"

"It was a lovely varied walk with simple but effective exercises to tune into the season. After the walk, I felt tired but very relaxed and more tuned in. I feel happier about autumn now and feel I can embrace the seasonal change".
John Hutchin

"The walk was brilliant. I enjoyed it all. It was so good to spend time at a slowed down pace and with people sensitive to each other. The whole walk felt so comfortable and nourishing. There was a terrific variety of terrain. The walk felt very cohesive as an experience. Excellent".

"After the walk I felt tired, rejuvenated, energised with clarity of thought. I enjoyed being away from the usual and normal environment to get away from stress and chatter. The location and length of the walk was just right, a very therapeutic experience. A fantastic way to spend Sunday enjoying ‘me-time’ in beautiful surroundings and lovely company. An easy and accessible way to de-stress and to feel good".

"After the walk I felt very relaxed and calm. I’d recommend it!"
